Members of 100 Men Who Care Halton Hills (100MWCHH) commit to donating $100 each quarter for one year and membership rolls over until canceled by the member.
Members who wish to leave 100MWCHH must submit a request via email.
Members agree to donate $100 each quarter, regardless of which charity is selected as the winner.
Donations can be made via check to the charity and submitted to 100MWCHH or via online submission. 100MWCHH does not accept cash.
Members can nominate one charity at a time, which must be a registered charity or non-profit group in Halton Hills and has been in existence for at least one year. No Start Ups.
No international or national charities are considered, unless the national charity can show that the funds will be used for a specific project in Halton Hills.
Only members present at a meeting can nominate charities for placement into the hat.
Three charities are selected at random each meeting for presentation.

The person who nominated the charity must present it and presentations are limited to 5 minutes max, followed by a 5-minute Q&A, with no collateral material (visual aids, powerpoint etc) allowed
Winning charity cannot be considered again for 3 years.
The member of the winning charity can nominate another charity for consideration
The charity with the majority vote wins.
In the event of a voting tie, the winner will be determined by random draw.
Members must be present to vote.
